Where are you based?

A: I’m based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

My wedding's outside of Klang Valley, do you cover those areas as well?

A: Yes, absolutely. However do take note that additional rates apply for venues outside of Klang Valley.

What about destination weddings and what are the additional fees associated with such package?

A: I’m available to travel worldwide and adopt a fair rate for both travel and accommodation depending on the destination.

Do you provide videography services?

A: No, only photography.

How far ahead should I plan if I’m interested in hiring you?

A: You can write to me anytime to check my availability but from a planning perspective, I’d advice to plan at least 6 months ahead for weddings; 2-4 months ahead for other types of session.

Are you the main photographer?

A: Yes 100%. I run this business on my own from end to end including client management, shooting, and editing. However, in case of unforeseen circumstances where it’s impossible for me to show up, I will find a replacement with similar caliber and style at no additional cost for you. Additionally, my wedding package includes a trusty second shooter as my backup and their alternative input really completes the wedding day visual story.

I have a really small wedding, is a second shooter really necessary?

A: Yes, because your wedding moments are precious and I’m determined to go the extra mile to ensure everything is well documented regardless of its size. That being said, a solo photographer option is available upon request.

When can I expect to see the photos?

A: You’ll receive highlights within two weeks, final images around two months time.

What about deliverables? How many images will I receive?

A: As all weddings are different there are no absolute fixed amount of photos returned. Do expect an estimate of 800+ images from a full day wedding; 500+ images from a half day wedding. You’ll receive the files via a gallery link and a keepsake box containing a 16GB Thumbdrive and 30 complimentary 4R prints.

Do you provide prints and albums?

A: They’re not included in the package but customized prints and albums are available upon request.

Can I have the RAW files?

A: No, I do not share RAW formats with you because of a few reasons: RAW images are unprocessed files containing huge amount of data that can only be read using imaging software such as Adobe Photoshop or Capture One and they are very large in size. They’re also unfiltered and may contain large amounts of duplicates, test shots, or unflattering moments. This is why I take extra care when culling (selecting) and editing them so your final images are the best ones.
