Who is Alexis?
I (pronoun: she/her) have always been a creative for as long as I can remember, having dabbled in music, art and literature my whole life. When I was living abroad in US, I fell in love with photography and have been obsessed since. From a hobbyist photographing landscape and street photography to shooting fashion portraits, I've finally found my calling photographing my first wedding in 2012, and the rest as they say, is history. Since then I've had the privilege of documenting countless beautiful ceremonies and crafting love stories for couples from all over the world.
If I were to describe myself in three words, they would no doubt be unassuming, engaging and meticulous. It's always been my utmost priority to provide the best service and undivided attention for my clients from end to end. I guarantee that all of your precious moments, including those that you may not have noticed will be meticulously documented, framed and edited in a style that is timeless and aesthetically pleasing. I believe photos can immortalize a feeling, and my job is to help you relive them through my work.
When I’m not shooting weddings, I enjoy cooking, playing colony sim games, and binge-watching Netflix. Occasionally I moonlight as a bathroom singer.

My Philosophy
What truly sets us apart from other known living organisms is our obsession for the purpose of our existence. Although science, logic and numbers can explain the reasons we've come to exist but the matters of heart and love remains the biggest mystery known to humankind.
Nothing can quite explain how love truly works, yet we use science-y words like chemistry and bond to describe them - almost as if we're trying to make it sound real so we'd believe it. Love leaves one speechless, relentless, some times self-sacrificial, but if anything, it's the only constant in our mere existence. I didn't know it then, but deep down I'm a hopeless romantic who finds every love story epic in its own way. So here I am, dedicating my craft to telling your epic love story.
This fascination with love and moments has given me the purpose to document couples in the most genuine way, transporting them back to the moment they fell in love with each other. If you're looking for a keen observer of love, then let's start a conversation.
